After being hurt at work in 03, CNA first acts like their your friend. but after 6 1/2 years and after losing a leg from the accident they are still raking me over the coals. All they ever do is lie, drag the settlement along, and all they are doing is waiting for you to DIE!!!. They had me followed (like what do they expect to see, my leg growing back). They act as though the accident was your fault (not), I was 100 percent innocent of any wrongdoing. If you ever have a workman's comp claim with these (nice) people, RUN and I'm mean R U N (even if your in a wheel chair or hospital bed)to BEST attorney you can find. Also look out, they hire only the best SHARK attorneys in the sewers (watch your back, there might put a knife in it) For all you employers looking to buy their insurance, you really aren't looking out for the best interest of your valued employees, all your interested in is trying to look out for is the bottom line. If your employer has there insurance, do yourself a BIG favor-go work for someone else !!!!!! that cares about YOU and your FAMILY.
