Unprofessional, difficultThere are plenty of insurance companies that provide top-notch service using technology from this century. My experience in getting a claim resolved was extremely poor. They don't do e-mail it appears. The claims handler was unprofessional and handled communication poorly: including being slow in returning calls. Additionally she was hesitant in giving me a toll-free number - are they trying to save on their phone bill?? If you are working person - or someone who doesn't have time on their hands - take note that these folks will make it very inconvenient to submit and resolve a claim.
