No problem with claims

I have read the reviews posted here and my experience is totally opposite. My husband was in a LTC facility and every month like clockwork he received a check for the full amount of the policy benefit. There is a 90 day waiting period which started the first day I called, not when he was later admitted to LTC. So the waiting period was over before we even needed to make a claim. They do operate on Eastern time so don't answer phones in the afternoon (I'm on Pacific time) but I have always had excellent service when calling in the morning, and the Claims Dept was very helpful with all the red tape. I recommend them based on my experiences. I found them to be helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it took to get things done. I can't understand why there are so many complaining reviews.
