How can they sleep at night ?CNA has the absolutely worst customer service / claims service of any business I have ever dealt with. They will do anything to delay or stall paying out on a claim, usually claiming there is one more approval necessary that will take another 10-14 days. Guess what when you call back after 14 days ? Some other requirement. You can fax them the information they need and the customer service rep. will tell you she can't receive your fax for about 4 days ! After paying premiums for years, you would think that when you finally made a claim, they would try to accommodate you in a professional, ethical manner. Avoid the aggravation...steer clear of CNA.
