I have a 33 year old daughter, married 2 years. Last September she herniated a disc at work, an institute at an Ivy League institution. She was in terrible pain and had loss of control over her leg. She's young and in great shape (walks probably 5 miles a day), so they send her for pain management therapy.

Here it is nine months later. The doctor has recommended surgery. They are denying it.

Well my beautiful 33 year old, now can not drive (leg control), can not lift over 20 pounds, can not sit for more than twenty minutes at a time and will need a shot every month for the rest of her life.

The surgery can correct this.

To each person involved in denying this surgery - my wish to you... May this happen to your child. Are you a young married professional - kiss kids good-bye.

Go home and tell your mother, she will be ashamed of you.
