Family of elderly insured

Anyone that has this insurance and has not had to use it yet - you may as well quit paying your premiums to them. You will not get your money back out of them. They are very rude on the phone and stall and deny your claims in hopes I'm sure that the policy holder will die before anything is done. They are no better than scam artists that call elderly people on the phone and try to get their money. I bet their parents aren't insured with this insurance. Please check into this before you throw your life savings at them.
