Delayed payments on LTC

As with other complaints listed, CNA routinely delays payment because of 'incomplete forms' filed by our nursing home. This is a highly respected facility and I tend to believe them when they said they indeed did submit the forms. Of course, CNA sends the letter to you, and not the provider submitting the forms. Therefore, it's up to you to contact CNA, then contact your provider, etc. Very frustrating!!!!
