This insurance company is bad . My car was hit by one of their account holder from the back in BQE. We have police report and the guy admit that he didn't see our car.
We file the claim and CNA said that they take responsibility of the liability. They sent adjuster to appraisal the damage . But the adjuster and the insurance only agree to pay with after market part. My car;s part are original ( Honda) and that where we sent our car to be fixed. When we call CNA again they said that they reject the claim because we didn't agree to get after market. This insurance company is garbage. Don't trust it. If they can play dirty like that I don't know what if their account member file a claim for theft ( I don't think they want to pay for a penny). Keep in mind to avoid this insurance company.
