CNA - won't pay

My aunt has CNA long term insurance. She's been in a nursing home for almost 5 months now and we have yet to see a payment. When I call they say they're still waiting on documents that we have proof we faxed successfully. They say it doesn't matter - they haven't received it and until they do they're not paying. They have even threatened to close the case because they haven't received documentation in a timely manner. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a rating lower than 1 I would.
