vehicle long term care

CNA is a warrenty, not insurance under law.insurance comission cannot handle complaints. you have ro sue for wrong doing!

CNA has gone 6 weeks without paying my home nurse. Now if their claim agents had to go six weeks without pay, they would quit, and so did the best nurse I ever had, thanks to them. They consistently loose faxed in time sheets, then claim they never received the fax, even though your fax says they did, then they refused to expedite the checks, even though a supervisor in their own customer service department asked them to! I could not make do without the care they pay for, it is a constant battle and even though I call every Monday to make sure they got the fax, their request, not mine, last week we did not get a check and the rep said I sent in an old time sheet, even though I reminded Jim that we had discussed the dates, he refused to admit fault. Also my company contracts that checks are to be processed in four days, but that doesn't mean that's when they are MAILED! They often sit on the check to the next Monday to mail them out, and even longer on holidays. Then you have to remind them of what your contract has in it. Most of their clients wait ten days for "processing" but remember, that's not when they mail the checks out, so watch out for that trick! And by the way, this is not insurance, it's a warranty, yep, so the insurance commission does not cover complaints, you have to sue in court to get any action. Honestly, if I could get my insurance elsewhere, I would.
