CNA Very BAD insurance - very slow

I was hit by a man who had CNA insurance. The accident was clearly his fault, I had to deal with CNA unprofessional, unpleaseant reps. They are never at thier desk, if you leave a message, they don't call back. A very bad bad expereince, I would never give my business to them. STAY AWAY FROM CNA!!
