CNA Long Term Care Reimbursement is a nightmare.Getting CNA Long Term Care to reimburse the caregiver is a nightmare. They reject every claim with a standard excuse of "Requested information is not received" even though you have proof it was submitted. They do not contact the issuer of the bill at any time. They will always send a written notice to the policy holder after a month or so. Then the policy holder has to try to get through to the claims department which is always lots of waiting. One person will tell you they have all the paper work, then the next time you call after waiting for payment they will tell you they are missing a piece of paper. Even when they finally admit all the paper work is there, I have to contact a supervisor to get payment. Payment for my husband's long term care is averaging three months. Most difficult insurance company I have ever dealt with.
