CNA LT care insurance

CNA should be ranked among the lowest in terms of customer service and caring about their customers. They are nearly impossible to contact, they have consistently tried to have my policy lapse, they have billing problems, and when I finally put in a claim, it was immediately denied and for the most absurd reason one could think of. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
