CNA Dropped me from LT healthcare for missing 1 payment!In June I received a letter indicating that I had not paid my quarterly payment in March for LT healthcare. I had paid over 7k into the plan on time prior. A long ugly process of reinstatement ensued whereby I was interviewed, made to fill out long amounts of paperwork, and my dr sent all of my medical records. THEY DENIED reinstating me and now won't disclose why unless I in request in writing and it be sent to my doctor! Outrageously BAD BAD BAD. SHAME ON YOU CNA I've filed a complaint with the State Insurance Commission
