Avoid at all cost

Reimbursements are always late currently almost 2 months. My Father requires care 24/7 and after paying into their long term care for almost 18 years he will get $40 a day for no longer than 2 years....should have banked the premium and he would be far better off. Cleaims is totally incompetent and regularly misses reimbursements
