Avoid CNA at all cost

This company quotes a premium & then tries to change it months after you cancel due to dissatisfaction. They also don't cancel your policy when you request instead they try to hang on to you & blame their agent for it not being canceled. Besides if you pay in full & don't renew this essentially is canceling.

They will also use deceptive tactics to get you to do what they want. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst Enemy.
