Husband of accident victimMy wife was hit by a scoreboard at a local junior high school. CNA has refused to reimburse us for anything, including the ambulance and emergency room visit. We have spent over $2500.00 and have no recourse but to sue. The worst insurance ever! continued... |

LTC CoverageTotally agree with most of the complaints I am reading here with regard to CNA paying on LTC claims. Although I have eventually received reimbursement on claims, the process for getting the reimbursement is a NIGHTMARE! Save your money. Don't deal with CNA!As part of my job, I work with a number of insurance agencies. It is my opinion, that CNA is terrible! Their representatives fail to evaluate claims in a timely manner, stall in every imaginable manner, and waste your time. I would rather die than be old and trying to collect on CNA long term care policy continued... |
