Everything is a STRUGGLE with them

If BCBS devoted the same amount of time, money & trained personnel to HELPING their clients with claims issues and questions as they devote to trying to pay out as little as possible and denying as much as possible then maybe this would be a decent plan. ... but that's a big IF.

It's ironic: privatized health insurance companies are adamantly opposed to national health care, yet companies like BCBS continue to alienate their clients to the point where most would heartily support a NHC plan.

BCBS is a not a service provider; it is a business run for the profit of its shareholders. Pure & simple: it's a horrid insurance plan
