The worst customer service and communication problems I've ever encountered. Fifty-four minutes on the phone. Transferred five times to five different departments. On hold most of the time. Finally put in touch with local with a local department after being transferred to two departments in FL. continued...

i called about rate which has been going up 15% every year and was roadblocked by a girl in billing who couldn't answer any questions and wouldn't transfer me to anyone who could .i was told someone would call me back ,no one did they just blew me off .i think if your paying 9600 a year the least they continued...

Blue Cross is incompetent!

I have NEVER had to call an insurance company more in my life than I have in the past 4 months (over 2 hours since April 15th) I canceled my insurance as of May 2011 without a new one lined up. WHere is it?

i click on the option to get a 2010 year in review of my health care charges. What do I get? 1 month --- only Dec 2010. missing is the other 11 months --- where did the go? the IT dept of bc/bs of FL is a disgrace..... they should be ashamed to put an option LIVE online & not test it out to make continued...

BCBS of Tennessee sucks too!

They allow me 6 Dr visits a year and charge me $3240 plus co-pays and deductibles. It would be cheaper for me to pay cash!!!!

Needless to say I wont be renewing my insurance with them.EVER!!!! continued...

My mother had Blue Cross / Blue Shield for most of her life. Anyway, after became her representative payee for Social Security, she was hospitalized twice within two weeks (discharged to early the first time) and BCBS absolutely refused to pay her hospital bills. coverage terminated monthly for no reason

Almost monthly I have had to re submit all student dependent paperwork to fill a script. After they are sent, received, and a week of time passes the issue is still not resolved.
