Empire are criminals

They make their claim policies impossible to understand yet you don't find out what they are until after they have denied the claims up to a year after the bill was filed and they won't fill it after thirty days. They are competent in denying hard work people out of legitimate medical claims. continued...

i called about rate which has been going up 15% every year and was roadblocked by a girl in billing who couldn't answer any questions and wouldn't transfer me to anyone who could .i was told someone would call me back ,no one did they just blew me off .i think if your paying 9600 a year the least they continued...

Blue Cross is incompetent!

I have NEVER had to call an insurance company more in my life than I have in the past 4 months (over 2 hours since April 15th) I canceled my insurance as of May 2011 without a new one lined up.
