Montana YouthCare – providing coverage for children 3-months old to 19 years old, this plan has a low deductible, affordable co-insurance and a very small out of pocket maximum. It also offers prescription coverage with a $100 deductible and a 75% co-insurance after the deductible is met.

Blue Evolution – is designed for individuals who want low premiums and high deductible catastrophic health care coverage. The individual deductibles are $5,000 and the co-insurance is 60%.

Value Blue – this plan offers comprehensive health care coverage for hospital stays, surgery, emergency services, out-patient care and ongoing care. The family deductible is $10,000 and $500 primary care benefits.

HDHP Montana is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana’s high deductible plan with both individual and family options. The deductibles range from $5,000 to $10,000 and can be complemented with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
