bcbs sucks major

wow. where do i start? first of all, you cannot contact them. i have been trying to call them for a week....just get put on hold every time. i have to have my insurance agent call them to get answers. we re getting bills from the hospital and docs for my new son, which was covered by bcbs before he was even born...yet they are not paying for some reason. i tried going to the site for contact info, and it doesnt list anything. i will never use them again. american community all the way.
