Blue Cross is incompetent!

I have NEVER had to call an insurance company more in my life than I have in the past 4 months (over 2 hours since April 15th) I canceled my insurance as of May 2011 without a new one lined up. None of the service reps know what they are doing. I'm sure that they hope we just get so frustrated and give up on the problem. Run the other way! DON:T donated your hard earned money to these morons!
