Blue Cross is incompetent!I have NEVER had to call an insurance company more in my life than I have in the past 4 months (over 2 hours since April 15th) I canceled my insurance as of May 2011 without a new one lined up. None of the service reps know what they are doing. I'm sure that they hope we just get so frustrated and give continued... |

Avoid LumenosI am not a fan of this insurance. At the beginning of the year $500 is put into your health account - once this is used up you begin the "bridge" ($600) which means you have to pay out of pocket until you have spent $600, then it switches to 80/20 co-pay. My problem is with my allergy meds continued... |

bcbs sucks majorwow. where do i start? first of all, you cannot contact them. i have been trying to call them for a week....just get put on hold every time. i have to have my insurance agent call them to get answers. we re getting bills from the hospital and docs for my new son, which was covered by bcbs before continued... |
