Found Direct Sales Management to be unethical and misleading.

I was working with BCBSIL's direct sales rep. for a 2010 quote. When the sales management staff entered the discussion I knew I was misled by false promises. My main issue was with Ms. Mitchell and her superiority complex. She seemed to want to control the situation, she consistently put down her sales rep. and account executive. A Mr. Lacky was also present and as his name infers, he seemed to lack the knowledge it took to sell me and my company.

I would encourage you to hire a broker and work through the brokerage channels. This is how my company ended up with BCBSIL.
