Found Direct Sales Management to be unethical and misleading.I was working with BCBSIL's direct sales rep. for a 2010 quote. When the sales management staff entered the discussion I knew I was misled by false promises. My main issue was with Ms. Mitchell and her superiority complex. customer service experienceEach time I call Customer service, I get a different answer to my question. At one point I had to direct the customer service person to their medical policy manual to show her an updated policy that she was not aware of. When denying claims, they do not offer any specific reasons. continued... |
