i click on the option to get a 2010 year in review of my health care charges. What do I get? 1 month --- only Dec 2010. missing is the other 11 months --- where did the go? the IT dept of bc/bs of FL is a disgrace..... they should be ashamed to put an option LIVE online & not test it out to make sure it works. SHAME Hey IT dept, a year has 12 months not 1
