WHere is it?i click on the option to get a 2010 year in review of my health care charges. What do I get? 1 month --- only Dec 2010. missing is the other 11 months --- where did the go? the IT dept of bc/bs of FL is a disgrace..... they should be ashamed to put an option LIVE online & not test it out to make continued... |

HappyOriginally had "individual" insurance via my "small business, now in 2nd year with Part B & D via Medicare .... very happy with Customer Service, no problems with claims or payments that were not resolved quickly. Like all insurance cost seems too high, but given my personal medical continued... |
