Blue Cross of California will not pay outside emergency care

Was in the hospital for leg infection, it was considered an emergancy. Because it was outside my service area of the hospital service in california, they would not pay it. I was still in no condition to be moved to my area 60 mles away, just because it was outside the area. It took them almost a year.t pay all of the doctors.
