What Service?Just try to get a person on the phone. They can't get their bills straight. They hold off on paying claims until you hound them. The service has gone down hill over the past couple of years. continued... |

Blue Cross of California will not pay outside emergency careWas in the hospital for leg infection, it was considered an emergancy. Because it was outside my service area of the hospital service in california, they would not pay it. I was still in no condition to be moved to my area 60 mles away, just because it was outside the area. It took them almost a year continued... |
