BCBS of Indiana is terrible, and that's being nice. As a provider, they are putting us out of business. In the future, I see providers not even accepting this insurance. Don't be surprised if you call your doctor to make an appointment and they say they are not taking new patients. It is because they don't want to spend hours upon hours trying to get paid. They also reimburse terrible !!!!!
