6 years with them even referred other people to the. We had a bad winter and we made an inquiry as to the coverage on our roof. They "OFFERED" to come look at it for us then sent us a letter saying they would not cover or 7 year old roof on the house over the garage because it was not built well structural wise even though we did not make an official claim. Garage has been standing for 50 years with no problems. When our policy came up for renewal they dropped us because they had concerns about the garage. Nice show of loyalty to customers.
