The absolute bottom of the barrell

Their cutie pie ads and boastful self proclaimed, superfluous customer service falls miles short of reality.

Horrible rude and demeaning customer service reps. After 19 years with them we were canceled for two claims in 3 years, one for $1200.00 and one for $1300.00 respectively, two years apart.

We were treated like criminals. Stay clear away from this company. All is well when premiums are paid with no claims. Once you file a claim or two it's lights out!
