Rear End Collision

I was rear-ended and found to be at fault. The other vehicle rear-ended my vehicle while in a parked position!

Amica aided and abetted a criminal by paying the other driver for a job well done! That individual was awarded damages for personal injury, i.e. jumping out of a truck and over a snow bank and property damages.

This individual, at the scene of the accident, pleaded with me not to file a claim with my insurance company which I would not commit to and as such, was awarded with surcharges for three (3) years!
