Poor Service = Amica

3 months to respond to email, letter and fax, voice messages. Amica trying to avoid paying for damaged items that were not known until car dismantled. Amica attempting to cut time on estimate so car cannot be painted to match color.

Poor service, seems they tried to forget about us, hoping we'd go away for the additional $200, be careful, with Amica.
