Customer Review - Amica

Not Happy with AMICA!!

I have been a customer of AMICA for many years and was previously satisfied with their service. As of lately I have decided to change companies because I felt ignored and misled by AMICA. I repeatedly sent e-mails and made phone calls/ messages to find out why my rate had gone up (so high), and after weeks.....no response. So, I called again and spoke with someone in customer service and he gave me (a 10+ year customer) the run-around and no real answers or concern about keeping me as a customer........so I have decided to drop them.
