Never a problem. Rates are a bit high for a reason.

Awesome insurance for 7+ years. Have 3 cars and my home insured and the only thing that would make me happier is if the rates were about 10-15% lower. Three accidents in 7 years and never a hitch with them. The only problems I've ever had was with their Michigan collision company they use, Collex. UGH. It was a hassle but worked out in the end. Highly recommend.
