Intenet Quote is a Joke, Customer Service is rude

I got an internet quote of $1100 and when I called them to buy, they said my quote $2000. When asked, the customer service replied that the internet quote is not accurate. She insisted on adding my wife who only have a learners permit. She also said that her records indicate my wife has permanent license.
