Horrible horrible Amica- Worst insurance Company ever

Everything went fine until I filed a claim. Its clearly not my fault. I was hit on the back of my car. And Amica asked me to pay the deductible to deal with the claim. I dont want to pay 500$ when it is clearly not my mistake. I dont want to go through Amica anymore. They are not customer friendly. Very rude people. When I told them that I will discontinue the service, she told me "that is wonderful". What a bunch of rude jerks. I hate AMICA. The worst insurance company ever.
