Amica customer service - POOR

After 35 years with Amica, as a good customer, I have found their customer service to be awful. Twice in the past year, they have mishandled our accounts. We have life, auto, homeowners, boat insurance, and an IRA with Amica.
This did not involve filing a claim, but making changes to existing policies. We wanted to add a small boat, and it took weeks - three trips to the registry, because the paperwork was done improperly - or not signed by them. One Amica rep wanted me to drive 1 1/2 hours each way to get the paperwork signed, after I had already driven miles to get to the registry - 3 times.
The second time, we were dividing the policies due to a divorce. The registry of motor vehicles called to state that one vehicle registration was cancelled, due to lack of insurance. Amica had cancelled the original policy, but never notified the registry that the auto was being insurance under a new policy. The registry stated the the auto would be on the road illegally in 24hrs. The registry had given Amica 30 days to inform them of the new insurance, and Amica never followed thru. It took 3 months to get the policies straightened out.
I can accept that mistakes happen, but not continuous mistakes twice in less than a year.
We did get verbal apologies, with the statements that it wouldn't happen again... but it just kept on happening!
