Amica Terrible customer service

I've been with Amica several years and never filed a claim up unitl a month ago. I got into an auto accident and my car was claimed a total loss. It's been a month now that I have been without a car and my claim has not been settled. My calls get ignored and my claims adjuster has left me hanging. I will not renew my policy with Amica.
