amica the worstcoustmer service horrible never returned one call. authorizing repairs without knowledge or consent.replaced tire on truck that was hit and charged me 185.08 replaced without consent. took away rental vehical while truck was being repaired stating it was costing to much which is a voiolation of state continued... |

Terrible ServiceAmica is terrible at resolving claims. I have a claim into Amica, which they refuse to pay, even though they were at fault. I have a statement from the other driver saying that it was her fault. My car was hit by the insured. Everything is in line for them to pay for the damages to my car, yet they continued... |

Need to transfer policy to a more customer friendly insurance.Most Mass Insurance companies offer student away policies. I was unaware of this, when I asked an Amica rep they stated this was not available. Of course it is available but not with Amica. continued... |

Watch Out!
Long time satisfied AMICA customer until this year, the company is degrading rapidly. They don't seem to care about their customers, much less long time loyal customers. |

They drop you if you make a claim on your homeowners6 years with them even referred other people to the. We had a bad winter and we made an inquiry as to the coverage on our roof. They "OFFERED" to come look at it for us then sent us a letter saying they would not cover or 7 year old roof on the house over the garage because it was not built continued... |

Intenet Quote is a Joke, Customer Service is rudeI got an internet quote of $1100 and when I called them to buy, they said my quote $2000. When asked, the customer service replied that the internet quote is not accurate. She insisted on adding my wife who only have a learners permit.
