Watch Out!

Long time satisfied AMICA customer until this year, the company is degrading rapidly. They don't seem to care about their customers, much less long time loyal customers.

I would be very careful about getting insurance from this company, they are cutting too many corners in their business, continued...

They drop you if you make a claim on your homeowners

6 years with them even referred other people to the. We had a bad winter and we made an inquiry as to the coverage on our roof. They "OFFERED" to come look at it for us then sent us a letter saying they would not cover or 7 year old roof on the house over the garage because it was not built continued...

Intenet Quote is a Joke, Customer Service is rude

I got an internet quote of $1100 and when I called them to buy, they said my quote $2000. When asked, the customer service replied that the internet quote is not accurate. She insisted on adding my wife who only have a learners permit. She also said that her records indicate my wife has permanent license continued...

Rear End Collision

I was rear-ended and found to be at fault. The other vehicle rear-ended my vehicle while in a parked position!

Amica aided and abetted a criminal by paying the other driver for a job well done! That individual was awarded damages for personal injury, i.e. jumping out of a truck continued...

Terrible Claims Service

I have had Amica since I first got my license. I had always had a great experience and felt like their rates were competitive. However, this year my husband and I were in a terrible multi-car accident that was the fault of another driver. Our claim handler at Amica definitely made the experience much continued...

Never a problem. Rates are a bit high for a reason.

Awesome insurance for 7+ years. Have 3 cars and my home insured and the only thing that would make me happier is if the rates were about 10-15% lower. Three accidents in 7 years and never a hitch with them. The only problems I've ever had was with their Michigan collision company they use, Collex. UGH continued...

AMICA is HUGH waste of your money!!!!!!!!!!

A copper pipe leak in our crawl space caused serious mold and so structural damage, $12,500 worth. Amica claims inspector came to survey the damage twice and each time denied our claim. Amica is nothing more than a drain on my wallet. People all over our neighborhood are getting roofs replaced, other continued...

AMICA is #1 for a reason

I've had Homeowners, Auto, and Life Insurance with AMICA since the 1980s and will continue to maintain coverage with AMICA until my heirs collect on my Life Insurance. We have had claims for hail damage, leaking water heater, bad shower construction that led to a leak, hurricane damage, AND an auto accident continued...

Insane Quotes

All you need to know is;
Amica - After many years with no claims increased to $700 per month.
State Farm - $187 per month for better coverage.
I cannot figure out why they did this. No claims and not tickets.

Horrible horrible Amica- Worst insurance Company ever

Everything went fine until I filed a claim. Its clearly not my fault. I was hit on the back of my car. And Amica asked me to pay the deductible to deal with the claim. I dont want to pay 500$ when it is clearly not my mistake. I dont want to go through Amica anymore. They are not customer friendly. Very continued...
