denied claim for fallen tree limb on vehicle caused by wind storm

I spoke with American Family's claims adjuster who informed me that if I maintained my trees that I was not negligent ... that means that had I not maintained my trees I would be negligent and they might pay the claim except that the windstorm was an "act of God" and that American Family does not pay claims caused by "acts of God" ... Is this a bunch of crap or what !? I felt that the adjuster was extremely belligerent and arrogant.

I have experienced this type of behavior from American Family's adjusters regarding previous claims. I am canceling this policy immediately. I have canceled all of my auto policies some time ago. American Family, from all of the reviews I've witnessed, is a very sub-standard company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
