You pay for what you get

If you're shopping only on price don't you think your company will shop on price too? American Family's cost is finally coming in line now that they've instituted insurance credit scoring too, at least for those who pay their bills on time. I don't mind paying a little more though to have one agent who knows his stuff to call for everything.
