Worst customer service

My husband had the relationship w/the agent, they had asked him to fix a few things w/our home, my husband was killed in an auto accident before he could take care of these things. As a grieving widow,trying to console our children, I didn't know about these items to be fixed. You would have thought the agent would contact me and say due to your circumstances we will give you a month extension, or something of that nature. No, they dropped me! They added more anguish and despair to my life when I had to scramble to find a new agent which he is a God send!! Worst customer service I have ever had! That TV ad makes me sick to my stomach because they are so phony! Beware people.
