WON'T PAY MY CLAIM ON A TECHNICALITY

We have a hot water leak under our kitchen that resulted from an ice storm two years ago (which we filed a claim for.) This leak is in an invisible, inaccessible portion of our crawl space, and there was no way to notice it until it had already caused major problems.

In addition to refusing to cover this damage, they were very rude and condescending to me, acting like they were angry at me for even making a claim. As soon as this is resolved, I AM GONE!!!
