I recently switched my coverage from another company to save some money. What I ended up getting was that...and a bag of chips! I had a need for my Emergency Roadside Assistance. I called my agent and she got me in touch with that department, and they sent a tow truck out. I got follow up calls from both the customer service person and my agent making sure everything was ok. I was so impressed. I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket, and this was a situation where I feel like my money has been well spent. Thanks AMFAM!
