I thought AmFam had my back

Thought they had my back. never filed a claim until he asked me to. My agent Andy Turley would send me mail every month. I thought what a great agent, then after putting my house on the market I called to ask for advice about a buyer insisting I replace the roof. He said file a claim and we will get an agent out to inspect. He did and reported the roof was fine just as I thought.

Next thing you know I' m dropped like a rock message by mail. Insurance is built on trust, I thought they had my back I was wrong! I have been calling now he won't even answer my calls.
