Homeowners Insurance

American Family said we were covered overnight stay when we lost our power last year and paid. This year it was for a week when the storms went through Antioch Illinois. Now they say we are not and will not pay. They now say they should have paid the first time. Our agent said we were covered as well. This is why insurance companies own the best buildings in America, because they can change the rules midstream.
